Interesting: Where do you head to? Is this the greater Villach outreach?

There are some issues with personal presence. At least at the notary,
all board members need appear in person.
Regular meetings can probably done via conferencing.
Cheers,
Thomas
P.S.: What about your master? Didn't we already put a lot of taxpayer's
money into you education ???

Dear associating RIOTers,
Some of you I told already in person, I will leave Berlin and move to
the US
by October. Because of this I want to ask the question if everybody is
still
fine with me being a board member of our lovely association?
As we intended to have the association as internationally inclusive as
possible
I'm sure we will figure it out.
If somebody feels uncomfortable about it however I'm happy to give this
position
to another candidate for the sake of a smooth and hopefully soon
registration.
Let me know what you think.
Best, Thomas
Hiho,
after trying about 77,777 times, I finally reached the tax officer.
The procedure shall now go as follows: We resend the updated Satzung
together with a list of of Vorstandsmitglieder (please provide Address
and Date of Birth) and a tax form, which I'll try to fill in soonish.
If everything is o.k., she will answer with a binding acknowledge,
meaning that we will receive the tax waiver once the Verein is
registered in the Vereinsregistergericht.
This means first and foremost: We need the updated Satzung ASAP - so if
anyone has anything to comment, please do that until tomorrow.
Cheers,
Thomas
