[riot-notifications] [RIOT] Endless loop produced in queue.c(63): queue_priority_add() (#328)

Here is the situation where I stumbled upon this:
- I compiled the demo project as in https://github.com/OlegHahm/SAFEST/tree/master/demo_sensor
- the tcp_general_timer method will be triggered exactly 10 times before crashing (no responst from shell)
- a trace lead me to the following call hierarchy:
   tcp_general_timer()
   vtimer_set_wakeup()
   vtimer_set()
   set_shortterm()
   queue_priority_add()
- when I then put the above shown code snippet into the queue_priority_add() method, it will iterate endlessly through the list

I will continue to look into it now, will keep you updated.
