[riot-notifications] [RIOT] Atmega2560: hwimer dosn't work correctly (#3186)

The hwtimer tests don't work properly on the arduino-mega2560. The `hwtimer_spin` test seems to be fine. Running the `hwtimer_wait` test I never reach the end of the program. Running the `hwtimer` test I get the following output. The board seems to restart periodically.
