I fixed a bug in the avrdude configuration. (Previously auto-erase was disabled for all Arduinos in any case. This is wrong, as writing to the flash is only possible after erasing it. However, the Arduino bootloaders perform that erase transparently and implicitly when writing to the flash - which might make sense for a newbie compatible device. It would however in that case make sense to simply ignore the erase command to allow standard programming procedure (erase, write, verify). The bootloader does instead fail on erase, so flashing for the Arduino Mega 2560 has to be handled differently. The fix does exactly this.)

As no-one started to review yet, I just squashed right away.
