There is conversion using the RTT_FREQUENCY to get ticks from seconds.

That's what I was mentioning in the initial comment, RTT precision should be tested in the application code IMHO. Others could disagree.
Here the test is basically testing the RTT doesn't block or the application doesn't crash/hang.

I know and this could be fixed easily. I'll push an update.
