### Description

#### lpc2387 NRND

The NXP part is ["not recommended for new designs"](https://www.nxp.com/part/LPC2387FBD100#Replacement_Section) according to the manufacturer.

> While existing customers can still order the part, NXP does not recommend the part be designed into new end products. No discontinuance decision has been made. When a decision is made, it will be communicate through NXP's product discontinuance process (e.g., with a discontinuance notification to existing customers).

There exists a single active ARM7 part from NXP (LPC2368FBD100) and it does not seem to be a direct replacement.

This processor is used by the msba2 board which not only is not an off-the-shelf product, it does not seem to be produced anymore and is the source of more than one build system maintenance headache.

#### ARM7TDMI(S) NRND

It seems that the ARM7 code ([classic ARM](https://developer.arm.com/ip-products/processors/classic-processors)) itself is not recommended for new designs either.

This is relevant considering #11759 which affects ARM7.

### Proposal

If the issues are not fixed, I propose cleaning up lpc2387 and associated boards and perhaps ARM7 too.
