### Contribution description

This PR defines a small API to use MCU internal temperature sensor. Such sensors are available in several MCUs that RIOT support (e.g: Kinetis, STM32, nRF52, SAM0...)

The API is minimalist and only consist of an init and a read functions.

All comments are very welcome ! (especially about naming or API itself)

### Testing procedure
Details steps to test your contribution:
- which test/example to compile for which board and is there a 'test' command
