[riot-notifications] [RIOT-OS/RIOT] how to set ISR stack size ? (#11706)

My board is stm32f407vet6 , almost same to stm32f4discovery. So I copy boards and cpu dirs of stm32f4discovery to my board. And modify the tests/driver_ENC28J60 as :
