Hmm, this would only save little time, the whole scan is done in less than a second when clock is at "normal speed". But for every new I2C driver this tool would need to be checked and potentially updated to also include the new address. And maybe the user does want to scan for not yet supported devices?

I also noticed some surprising things when I used `i2c_read_bytes()` with a length of zero. I had to at least read one byte of data for the tool to work on STM32F3.
