Same as you: JLink Edu and a Wifire rev c. I do not have a Wifire rev D.

First of all you need to populate connector JP3. Then, I plugged in a J-Link Microchip Adapter to my JLink EDU. You now need 7 wires to connect to JLink programmer the board.
