This is [expected](https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT/blob/master/pkg/cryptoauthlib/doc.txt#L57). #13412 will improve this.

This is just an interpretation of the tool. We have 7-bit addressing in place and the 8th bit indicates read/write (read=1 in this case).

Did you try the I2C address scanner?
