Only the names are defined in POSIX, not the values, so no. You can of course use a defined errno, that is not used (e.g. `EXDEV`) and use it to provide a new define

```c
#define SOCK_DTLS_HANDSHAKE    (EXDEV)
```

(I used a non-negative `EXDEV`, so that `SOCK_DTLS_HANDSHAKE` is clearer to be <0 in the function doc).
