[riot-notifications] [RIOT-OS/RIOT] boards/esp32-wrover-kit: add ILI9341 driver params (#15371)

### Contribution description

Added SPI parameters configuration for the ILI9341 LCD screen of the ESP32-WROVER-KIT board. This screen is found on the V3.x and V4.x versions of this development kit.
