Self-hosted runners must be added by someone with admin rights over this repository https://docs.github.com/en/actions/hosting-your-own-runners/adding-self-hosted-runners, what I need is basically only the token, and then I can add runners, I do it [here](https://github.com/fjmolinas/riot-ryot/blob/72fc9ad710a2219e942c5965a014e934822e9da5/fabfile.py#L307-L328) in my install script.

Currently, this is only running tests in `compile_and_test_for_board`, these do not support multiple BOARD's, so if there are multiple `BOARD`s nothing is changed.
