Even though currently it is only used to determine the offset for the ABR lifetimes (and thus `evtimer_now_min()` is always used against another `evtimer_now_min()`), one might get the idea that using this safely against a value generated with `evtimer_now_msec()` might be a good idea (which, since the values could come from different clocks isn't at all).

Ah true, I completely forgot that the base timer is most of the time not the same..., so I agree with the footgun point.
