[riot-users] SAM R34 Xplained Pro ports - new lora device

Hello Noël,
Yes, such a port already exists here [1] but it is NOT merged yet.
I tested the LoRaWAN part with TTN and it was working fine.
This PR has not been merged yet dude to a weird bug during RTC init. I'm
waiting for some more hardware on my side to push more effort to fix it.
Let me know if you have any trouble with this PR.
